our last place had termites bad. we moved the fridge to a different part of the kitchen and the old as hell fridge the landlord had in there had leaked over the years and weakened the floor behind the fridge. the termites made their way up through there.

3 years in a row we told him about the problem. finally the last year he came over and took a circular saw to the floor so an exterminator could get in there. he never brought the exterminator in though.

i'm glad we moved out of there.
