It really doesn't matter. Make sure you always change the pin before shooting, it's the cleanest and safest way.

yeah i know, the reason im asking is cause a bunch of air bubbles went in the vail today while i was drawing, like the hole is gettin too big or somthin..

Personally your should purge the bottle with air from syringe then extract out the substance. Always wipe down before and after drawing out of the bottle and changing pins always and air doesn't hurt anything. The bigger the hole the more dirty the it can become( just like a bar whore). Just stick it and area doesn't matter.
