Do you split ARM DAY and is it good ?

I normally hit my triceps with chest and bicpes with back

But have never hit arms more than two times a week so I have decide to play around with training

I now hot bicpes and triceps in the same day mon wed and sat

I notice gains actually in the last month gonna stay with this for 4 more weeks

My arms are some stubborn things it's the ecto in me I believe when I was yiun I had long lanky arms ugh hate it

Bac and chest are my big points sometimes I wish my arms grew like them !!!

But I have a Buddie that has huge arms and no back and I would not wanna have no back

Back and legs are the two muscles that I believe show how hard u really kill it

Imo that is
 
Yes I mean for example one day biceps and one day triceps


Whqt do you think guys is it god to seperate them

Depends ...
If ur hitting a good bicep lift and then back the next day ur back lifting could suffer.. Because u get biceps secondary on back days same goes for tri and chest

Lots of guys hit some lifts like this and wonder why they don't grow it's because eventually they are working the triceps snd bicep so much thought the week hitting the isolation one day but with secondary Work on other big muscle days
 
I should change my routine then and hit biceps and triceps together.Thanks for the info

my current split monday-sunday is
quads/calves
chest
back
hamstrings/calves
shoulders
arms
active recovery/cardio

i always give arms their own day becauase i think they need it to do them properly. whenever ive just tacked some tris at the end of a chest workout or bis at the end of a back workout it never quite hits the spot like smashing them by themselves for an hour

im doing them tomorrow and my workout is going to be as follows if youre interested:

wide grip (hands outside shoulder) barbell curls/ incline bench skullcrushers
narrow grip ez bar curls/ tricep extension rice machine
dumbbell hammer curls/ overhead dumbbell extension
single arm standing cable curl/ tricep rope extension
machine preacher curl/ cable tricep push down

all superset with high rep/moderate weight.
