Well shit, he looks pretty damn good imho.
No clue what you mean tearing down. Dudes like 60 years old now and I'm sure his priority is health nowadays and good cardio, not being huge.
He's still da man imho.
I saw a movie with him doing some Tai Chi and it showed a side of him typical flicks never did. He was lightning fast. He just did the big strong fighting style in movies because he was built and really strong, but I watched him go from tai chi slow to a punch as fast if not faster than what Bruce Lee did in Enter The Dragon. Can't remember the name of the movie though, but he was probably in his late 30's at that point.

i'm used to the image of him being huge, well for his time. not a freak like today's monster. he will be 69 in a few months, but i don't know how old he is in that pic. he was born july 3, 1938.

Bolo Yeung was fucking big period in his day or our day.
If he went walking around any local gym nowadays with a tank top on looking like he did in his prime he would be bigger and stronger than probably 99% of the members at said gyms.
He was a powerlifter and held records if I remember right.
I think it's fair to say that he's a legend in the martial arts movie scene at this point.

true. they do some pretty radical prep work before a film... train, tan, diet... for about 4-6 months so they can try to look their best. he looks good in person, but he is a small man. Olivier pictured next to him is 6ft 185.. Bolo is not a big guy anymore by any means.. on screen size does not matter, well unless your doing a scene with Andre the giant

it's the freaking juice, if you are not big naturally or cut up, then most likely you are going to lose it all eventually. your body fights to go back to the way it wants to be. i've seen gymnasts built like greco roman statues, but once that intense training stopped, they lost almost all of it.
