Do you own cowboy boots?

I have never worn these things, are they reserved for rednecks.
what does it say about a man who wears them daily?

Only to the country dance clubs. I rarely dance, but the country wimmens luv me.. I'm just about married now, so those days are over.

I have a few pair in several different colors. My Old Grump has a simple black pair that he wears on occasion. I wanna get him a neat pair of crocs... I dont know what the big deal is about 'em. I like the way they look on a man.

:wavey:

they are so fucking tacky, especially in a big city like houston or dallas. i guess they're chill if you're actually a cowboy.

When I first moved here I was like, "Where THE FUCK are all the ten gallon hat, big buckle, bowl-legged cowboy boot wearin mofos?!?!?" ....because NOBODY dressed like that in Dallas or Dallas suburbs.

...then I found Ft Worth. LOL

You have to be able to do it right to pull the look off. I have a few different cowboy hats too, but then again I have a lot of different hats so for me it is paar for the course.

I LOVE to wear hats.

i own a pair of cowboy boots, but i also own riding boots, which i wear a lot more.

i just bought my daughter riding boots (they look like cowboy boots with a lower heel and not a pointy toe). I got them for half off and they were still expensive.

Yes they can cost a few bucks. I got an AMAZING sale back before Christmas. I got a cute pair of powder pink and another pair of red ostrich skins with AWESOME embroidery for 1/2 the original price of the ostrich alone! The pink pair had a bit of fading from the lights so we got an extra discount. Took them bad boys to the shoe shop and for a few dollars the cobbler made them look flawless!!! I got my sister a nice pair of pink snakeskins. They were more than half off because they were slightly damaged (a box cutter had gone haywire on the top inside of one of them). So we took em to the cobbler and for a couple of dollars = PERFECT.

I am a black belt shopper. :verygood:

Though the ones I have had my eye on for my Old Grump will cost. I dont mind because he never gets anything nice for himself anymore and I know he will look BAD ASS with the on.

As for when my girls come, we will go broke. LOL Good thing that we pretty much wear the same sizes. :worried:

I don't own any boots at all. I can't wear boots. My calves are too large.

pics of calves please.
I'm nine months prego right now, so they are swollen to almost twice their normal size. After I'm not prego, I will post pics...lol.

I like cowboy boots if the guy or girl wears them right. I like them with a pair of jeans and a non-western looking shirt.

I don't like when someone wears cowboy boots with a western looking shirt and a cowboy hat. Then, it starts to look like a cowboy/cowgirl costume. Unless you are going to be appearing in a rodeo that day, I would avoid head to toe western wear.
