DO you NEED to cap b5

im about to order some b5 powder from BAC- but I was wondering if it was an absolute must to cap the powder, or id I could just mix it w/ H20 or sumthinj.

No need to cap it.
I used to just take a teaspoon and throw the b5 in my mouth with juice.
