Do you like were you live

I live in NJ and was wondering what it would be like to live else were. I like the warmer weather so Im thinking of places like Forida, socal, az, texas. I like Jersey, but hate the winters

Jersey sucks. (I was born and raised there, lived most of my life there when not in Europe.) I now reside mostly in TX. Dont know much yet how I feel about that, but it is better than NJ.

The only good thing (for me) about living in central NJ was that it was equi-distant between Philly and NYC.

There are times I would wonder what it would be like for change but when all said and done...this is home and I don't think I could ever move.

I hate summers, and I already live in WI.

I want to move to Norway.

How could someone hate summers? For me anyway down here that is when there is so much fun stuff to do..winters are dull, dreary and so depressing! Never a damn thing to do except maybe go to the movies or something.

I love it. 4 ideal seasons of the year. Great scenery. Lots of places to hike, mtn bike, snowboard, camp and still large enough cities to enjoy hanging out.

Not really, no. The area is fine, it's just that the people (in general) kind of bore me. My next career move will take me to Cali for a few years. Then I'll head back this way. A little vacation

LOL, I just don't like warm or hot weather. I'd melt in FL.

what do you dislike about nj?

The people. I'm from NJ and every other place I've visited has always been more pleasant of an experience.

There is a certain "edge" we have in the NE. I've always said that, but fuck it, I don't like it here. i want to slow it down and relax somewhere else. I'm the opposite of KB I guess. lol I want it boring. HA! But I have a wife and 2 small kids. I want a nice friendly neighborhood.

I'd love to move, but I really have no idea where. If I moved, it better be the right move, because I couldn't keep hopping around as if I were single.

Hotter climate would be nice.

Im the same way, I dont like the people too, everyone has an attitude and no one says thank you anymore. When I go away on vacation to other states it seems like everyone is so friendly and relaxed, but I just assumed its because Im on vacation and thats how im feeling. I would like to see how it would be to live else were, but my career is established here and it would be hard to get up and move, plus there is alot of $$$$ around here, but the cost of living is high too. So who know whats right or wrong. I wish I could just put my life on pause and go to a few areas in the country and see what it would be like to LIVE there not vacation there.
NJ does have some perks----- beaches, sking, ny city, etc

While I have always lived in NJ and it SUCKS - the grass is always greener on the other side. If you dont have kids/wife/career already give a shot and move somewhere random.

I'm the same way....can't stand heat or humidity.....bleh!!

The humidity is pretty bad down here. Always feels lots hotter than it is....the wind barely ever blows.
