Do you keep your Peanut Butter refrigerated ?

I stir it up really well (making sure to get the bottom up into the oil) then keep it in the fridge. If you mix it well enough it stays easy to spread.

Good idea about the upside down.

wow- good ideas here.

I never put my natty pb in the fridge, but now I will. And store it upside down :)

It tastes so much better cold :)

hehe I kep mine in the freezer actually. I prefer the consistency, and it softens real quick anyway. (plus it slows me down, otherwise I eat too much)

Well, we all have our preferences I guess, but I like mine room temperature. And I bet that we all go through it fast enough where worrying about it going bad because it is not in the fridge is not really an issue.

Good thought on the upside down storage though, I may give this a try.

Yup, everyone is different; personally, I can't stand warm protein like I can't stand warm water - and I lot of my clients are like this too. :)

You tend to eat more cold peanut butter than warm PB

It's true, but the amount is marginal. Personally, I measured cold vs. warm w/ a scale and it came out to w/in 5calories.

Old Fashioned PB...in the fridge...but I take it out a few minutes to let it soften up a bit.

YUMMM!
