I do some personal training on the side, but I can't agree more with some of the stories shared about some p.t.'s out there. I know at some of the bigger gyms I've been too there are fat ass trainers, I don't know about you, but I wouldn't pay good money to someone who doesn't practice what they preach.
The gym I train at plays a 80's retro station that the owner insists on....Hall & Oates, Menudo (sp.?), "Jenny Jenny, who can I turn to", etc., etc., a little hard to get pumped up to that crap.
There is also a sign up sheet for about 25 pieces of cardio equipment. There are times I am the only m.f.'er in there and someone will come up to my machine and say that they have signed up for that and need me to get off.....WTF, PICK SOMETHING ELSE, THEY ARE ALL THE SAME!!!!!
Whew...that was good therapy.
