The number really is like 1 in 4 or 1 in 5, but only like 10% of guys that have it know what it is or even notice it. Girls tend to notice a little more frequently.....but that's probably why so many people say they're clean, only 1 out of 40 or 50 has em bad enough to know...

There's some scary shit.

HPV is bad, but if your immune system is good, it usually goes away like a cold. Not herpes though.

Some people are just prone to outbreaks on the mouth. 80%+ have HSV II (usually) on the mouth.

I've never had one - both parents get them fucking constantly. My poor buddy, he's such a ladies man, good lucking dude (I'm not gay), tan, lean, has money, looks like a model or something.

Once every month or two - one or two HUGE fucking cold sores. He hates it man. I know he'd rather call in sick for 2 weeks. Poor guy.

It's just like some people get shingles or whatever (chicken pox are a kind of herpes).

Any wrestlers? I heard they can spread it all over their bodies...damn. That would suck.
