I was in the navy for 8.5 years, used to shower and share a room with 200 other guys, so it bother me none at all to use a gym shower from that point. But damn, wear shower shoes in there.

lol me too. I don't see what the big deal is. I've gotten into whirlpools with 2 other 70 yr old naked guys and while I preferred them not being in there, it didn't stop me from getting in. Same with steam room and showers.

I go around 06:30, not many peeps. Showers are stalls & only one or two others use the same time I do.
I used to go at night, showered at home. Had visions of what the ladies change room was like, a bunch of hotties running around in Victoria Secret, or boy shorts, etc. Sharing showers, soaping each other up. So I asked the wife and she burst my bubble, ruined my fav fantasy. Barely any boobies even!

I have no problem using the showers at the old gym downtown I used to use. But I've been using our company gym for the last few months and I refuse to shower there.

There is just something wrong with allowing my co-workers seeing me naked. (power issues?) So I do my work out at the end of the day and shower at home.

I wear my work clothes to the gym(factory), change into workout stuff, & at the end I have another T-shirt to wear home. I leave my workout shorts on, then shower & change at home.

I walk to the gym from home (30 mins), lift then walk home (30 mins)......no reason to use the shower at the gym...

Although I guess I would if I had too, provided I wore flip flops & wrapped myself in plastic....

hell no, the gym I lift at has these tiny crowded locker rooms. I walked in there one day and it was like 5 naked dudes on a tiny bech, it just looked so gay because of their close proximity. I take my lil sis to the Y, and I sometimes go to the locker room to take a piss, it's nasty in there. Old fat dudes hanging out, naked, carrying on conversations, like WTF dude you're naked! Get dressed! I also have a small penis.
