i beleive that the most of us here don't but it's all in our dreams to one day look like pro's like jay cutler or lee priest.

I have a pro physique......unfortunately the pro is Jocelyn Pelletier.

I believe I do/did. However the majority of the NPC were not in agreeance with myself or my wife. ;)

I used to think I wanted to be that size. Now 250 at 10%bf sounds just fine. Not too far away either. At my height(6'1") I'd have to be around 300 lbs contest weight to compete with these guys. That don't sound like much fun. Not to mention maintaining that weight.

you should have come to canada to compete, you would have had your card in no time

I've heard that before. Even in Missouri the competition was so fierce. The two major things holding me back; Thick waist, and lousy stage presence.

Oh well....woulda, coulda, shoulda.

When's your next show...??

I did before my injury 2 week prior to my first show.
Everyone said i was gonna blow the comp away.
Maybe,could've ,might have,,,,,,,will never know.

next show is likley oct, time for another 8 week bulker, then hit the contest diet first week in july. I'm hoping to hit the stage 25-30lbs bigger than last time, with some major spots like back brought up a lot.
What were you contest stats, height, stage weight, just curious about how they stack up to the national level guys I'm aiming at?

Radar, jesus, I had no idea that you were or had been that big, that really is a pro physique

Radar has another posing pic which is just as impressive - shows his legs too.

In 5 years I'll get back to you on this question.

Right bicep will never look the same again,i was almost devestated when the DR. told me i should give it up because i would never workout gain.

I have no desire to have a "pro" physique. The human body wasn't designed to carry that much muscle and that low bodyfat. You will pay the price with your health if you try to maintain a look like that for too long.

Last show was July of 03'.....I came in flat, but lean, 251 @4-5% and I'm a hair below 6'. I started that diet at my heaviest of all time, 290. I think I undershot contest time by 18-24 hours. I peaked the night before the show. If the judges could have only been in my hotel room the night before.........I would have won hands down. :)

Yup. I can appreciate what the pros do but it's not for me. Maybe something like a somewhat smaller Dexter Jackson but that's about it terms of how far I'd go. I want to look good and still be able to play with my grandchildren.

i have a pro physique, and 9 inch phallus, and i make 420,000 per year

damn, thats pretty big for a stage weight at that height, you must have come close to getting your card.
The guy that won his weight class at the nationals this year, that I'm sort of gaging where I need to be, was 215lbs at 5'9"

Yeah I figured you should. I believe a light weight who wins his class at the Nationals gets his pro card but he doesn't have the "pro" physique that's being talked about here.

Dayum R! I'd do ya!

And if you're laid up w/ a bum pec, you can't run away either ;)

sassy's physique is still the most impressive on this thread :p

I'm pretty jacked, as far as geeky virgins go, but no on the pro look.

True, true. The funny part is that he's also helped alot of hip hop acts get into the biz.

The guy that beat me that year (overall) was 5'7" 222. He picked up 3 sponsors at that show, and was well on his way, until he tore his quad from the bone on the hack squat. Since then he's developed a nasty pain killer/heroin habit. It's a tough gig man............anyone that can turn it on, all the way to pro, gets my sincerest admiration. :)

so thats not too far off from what I am seeing here, which makes me feel a little better. My eventual goal is 215-220lbs at 5'8", this time I'm figuring around 210lbs if it all works out
