Do you guys hate flakes as much as me?

People that make plans with you and someting always comes up. Like always. So you never actually do what you are supposed to do. They make the plans with you its not like you are going out of your way to make them. So you plan you time aroung them and then what do you know they cancel and you just wasted two fucking hours out of your life because they are a big fucking flake.

I am guilty of this a lot.

Not trying to be. I just have a weird schedule. I try not to make plans unless they are last minute because something always comes up.
 
I had a friend I LOVED TO DEATH. Great girl but the biggest flake. I told her the friendship was over.

so i approached her today about it ....btw flakes are so defensive

well by the end of it she was not mad at me i made her understand my side and how disrespectful that was to me.

so i started fucking with her and when she makes plans with me i say you promise? she always says im not promising anything. So i just said then you will live a lonely life. so fucking anyoying. Its not like i was making these plans either. I could give a fuck less.

it's a chick? If that's the case, truthfully, she's not that interested in you.

If she cares enough, she'll find a way to be there.

i was having this problem a long time since i been living the single life again. Basically..i'd make plans with a girl i met. she'd flake. i'd calmly tell them they completely disrespected my time and my schedule, and that i'm busy and don't have time to deal with that.

they came crawling back and apologized EVERYTIME. and wanted to make it up to me. at that point i basically told them they're a useless cumdumpster and i don't know why i have to treat them like a little girl in order to get them to commit to something



On girls like that, you need to flip the tables. Schedule a date with them tentatively.....in fact, schedule 2-3 dates tentatively. tell them you'll call them on that day (whatever day you go out), and take it from there. helps your odds, and you don't get pissed.

and its funny because when the girl gets mad you can say "yeah..i said i'd call on <day>, doesn't mean we made plans LOL"

lmfao! reminds me of something that happened to me a couple of weeks ago.

I met a chick at this lounge...cute, kinda liked her.made plans with her for the following week. the day before the date, i'm hanging out with some friends and a couple of girls. well, me and 2 of the girls hit it off..so we end up at this place by my house. As i'm walking in with these 2 girls on my arm, who do i see?
Yep....chick i was supposed to go out with the next day.

You could smell the tension between all the girls, it was hilarious.I got the DIRTIEST look from date girl at first.But.. The date girl came up to me at the end of the night and said "are we still on for tomorrow?", desperate to hang out with me. The other 2 girls grilled the fuck out of her when she did this.Of course said this in front of all the other girls.

end result, all 3 wanted my nuts even more.

They always make plans to take them out. But, the girls usually use their offer to get their bf to do something.

another good tip....

if it's a chick you're just hanging out with for the first time, don't do dinner or something gay and with a huge time obligation. makes you come off as weak/needy, and not only in the back of their head they're thinking "fuck...i have spend 3 hours with this guy. i don't even know him. what if he's a total douche?"

do something light and fun, chances of flaking are alot less.

coffee, "a" drink, a mixed group setting, mini golf (Lol..not gonna lie, this is the shit for a date!!), or whatever...

not beign critical bro, anything i ever tell anybody is to be helpful. sometimes i'm way off base, but i read nigs like books. it's what i do :)

I live in Vegas, so flakes come with the teritory. It's why I have a very small circle of reliable friends, and hundreds of aquaintences that are flakes, but otherwise enjoyable to joke around with.
It is what it is, just try to make the best of it.

I don't know anyone here. this is on purpse bc im here to get my shit together. so i have been gettin bored here lately and giving in to make plans.

we have don't alot of shit though and had alot of fun. so when she does not flake we always have a blast....

there is only so much of a beating i can swallow thogh lol

i was definitely a flake/asshole when I was younger. I would always blow people off after making plans. not sure why - mostly laziness and no motivation, maybe some low level depression, who knows. anyway, i became known for not being true to my word when it came to making plans with friends and i eventually grew up and learned not to make plans unless i really wanted to. and those plans I do make, i do the adult thing and follow through on my commitments.

Hey at least you have a boat. :) My goal is to buy one in a few yrs only I want a ski boat. I have lots of memories with boating growing up and I want my kids to have the same. Fun times!

most people around here pretty much grew up on the ocean, that is where you had your first "kiss", drink, etc...lots of little coves and islands to party on!
