Do you guys feel Creatine is worth taking after steroids?

I need to take something to help,but roids fuck they make my hair fallout and make me piss 7 times a night.

I like to take it the first 6-8 weeks of my cycle (mass or cutting), go off for 4 weeks and then begin again postcycle along with clomid & clen. It is definitely a top line supp that can be used year around (provided you cycle properly) like protein IMO.

I would not recommend taking creatine at the same time as a cycle. It's to hard on the liver. Wait till after your cycle before you load creatine, unless of course you don't give a shit about your long term health.

The Weider creatine is like 17$ for 80 doses but it make me piss alot. I think the only thing thats keeped me in halfway decent shape is protine drinks.
Should see the looks on my friends face when I bust down a couple raw eggs(I know e coali) or a protine drink when we are partying. Figure it slows down the catabolic effects of too much beer.
