S SgtSlaughter New member Mar 8, 2007 #3 I only do chest supported rows when my lower back is injured. If you're bored with bent over barbell rows it wouldn't hurt to do them. Make sure you're deadlifting or doing GM's, ect... strong posterior chain is the base of all strength.

Tweakle New member Mar 8, 2007 #4 yes, if you're not injured then rotate between them and something that requires more core involvement (one arm rows balancing on a BOSU for example) I'd do them on upper body days the day before I had a deadlift/GM workout the next day.. oh the memories
