I find Christmas to be more of a nuisance than anything. Very disruptive, I dislike fighting crowds.

I felt superb until I got my snowmobile mortally stuck 8 times last Monday. Freeing it sucked the life juice out of me. I wonder if truly maximum lifting, i.e.-more than you would ever lift at the gym, takes a lot out of you for a long time. I'm starting to feel normal today.

Yes...a lot of people really struggle with Christmas.

Yeah X-mas pretty much sucks. It really puts everything I hate about the human race on display. Greedy pushy shoppers, asshole drivers, attitudes,commercials assaulting me, spend spend spend!!! Its pathetic. We are a bunch of assholes. This is what we have evolved into? Pushy mall shoppers? Damn it, I want a limited edition spongebob squarepants doll right now, let me talk to your manager!

I like how X-mas felt when I was a kid, before the consumerism set in. I still love the feeling of being with my girl and celebrating in our own way. I just think its become rediculous. Everyone is so concerned about the gift part that they lose sight of the rest of it. Not that I give a rats ass about the religious connotations. I just mean the family oriented,caring about your fellow man thing.

xmas was more of a hassle, but now, I have changed that, and it is all about me. i don't celebrate it, but instead I use the opportunity for prime shopping. day after xmas, I am all about getting deals. as far as the holiday season, isn't hanging out with the people you love good enough? fuck giving materialistic items to show "love"...

i hate x-mas because i have no family left. it used to be a nice holiday when my parents were alive but now all i see around me reminds me that i truly have no home.

I haven't been able to afford a single gift this year. I haven't been able to eat out in about 3 weeks... Being poor is often VERY hard...especially around Christmas. My father did help me to buy my mother something this year though...
