i use to drink milk before workouts and that made me barf now i just feel sick on legs and lower back days
 
It is just extreme exhaustion and your body rejecting the pain you are subjecting it to.

I read once that certain pros puke during every leg workout. They say if they don't puke they are not pushing hard enough.

I have dry heaved a couple times when I had a good spotter and took squatting to the limits, but that is it.
 
Yep , it is supposed to be because you are subjecting the CNS to a it's limit in stress. That's why I have only ever heard it happening on either squats , deads or leg presses. A great cure I have found is to immediately take a cold shower , dry off , then go back out and complete the w/o . It's a bitch but at the same time it shows that you can mentally take your body to it's physical limits.

I have been experiencing that feeling of wanting to puke on my leg days also. someone told me that when that happens your body is releasing GH. If it is true, I dont know
