Do you eat eggs?

If so do you eat whole eggs, hard boiled, cooked, just the whites, or what? How do they fit in your diet?
 
when i eat them, i usually have them scrambled or boiled. i eat the whole damn thing, minus the shell. i do like to toss the yolk sometime and stuff the boiled egg half with some canned tuna and tabasco sauce.
 
It depends on how I cook them. If it's fried, then I just have the whites. If it's scrambled or as an omlette then I need to have the yolk for taste.
 
2 whole 3 whites in the morning usually scrammbled or as an omlette

in thailand i'd i've 4 whole eggs made into an omlette served with chilli sauce and rice :)
 
I cook 3 dozen eggs (hard boiled) for my daily consumption...When I cook eggs on a pan, I'll do one egg with 6 egg whites...I'll throw some salsa on top and scramble it with tuna :)
 
I can't remember the last time I didn't have at least 6 whites and a bowl of oats in the am.......staple.....
 
From 1 white only (on rest days) to 4-5whites + 2 yolks

usually as an omelette

Good AA profile, easy to cook, almost tasteless and pretty cheap = wonderful protein source :)
 
usually 3 eggwhites and two whole egss int he morning with 1/4 cup steel cut oats.

Today, for lunch I made ground turkey with bell peppers, tomato, spinach and I was feeling a bit adventurous so I threw in 2 whole eggs. Pretty damn great.

Eggs are great.
 
Any side effects from consuming ~8 egg yolks a day, if caloric intake and carb intake are kept at acceptable levels?
 
3 eggs sauteed in olive oil with mushrooms, green onions and chopped jalapenos topped with grated cheddar, tobasco, flaxmeal, pinenuts and salsa

Wow obiwan, u seem to eat like a king!! You make the most boring foods look scrumptious :p

except pb
so i play around til i find something i like
i just do over do it
if i do i will never eat it again
 
I scramble 1 whole jumbo farmfresh brown egg in Grapola, grape seed oil. With sea salt, pepper or mild green tobasco and whatever I have on hand; bacon, green onion, green pepper, bok choy, etc. I have this post workout. I have my protein shake pre-workout.
 
Can someone help me with the best way to make hard boiled eggs? Seems easy but I can't cook for nothing. Whenever I try to make them, the yolk inside is watery and I cannot get the shell off easily. Please tell me exactly what you do to boil eggs the right way. Thanks!
 
i posted that in another thread
place eggs in water with lots of salt
bring to a simmer
set timer for 7 mins
whe done drain hot water
and douse in cold water and ice
 
Eggs are EXTREMELY cheap!! I can get 15 dozen(180 Eggs) for $18.90 here in town. Think about it! 10 Egg Whites with 2 whole Eggs is 42 grams of high quality Protein. Or you can eat 7 Egg Whites and a scoop of Protein Powder(Optimum Nutrition). That's 43 grams of Protein and the quality can't be beat!!
 
I usually have 4-6 egg whites for breakfast with salsa almost daily.
