usually 3 eggwhites and two whole egss int he morning with 1/4 cup steel cut oats.
Today, for lunch I made ground turkey with bell peppers, tomato, spinach and I was feeling a bit adventurous so I threw in 2 whole eggs. Pretty damn great.
