Do you bros deadlift?

Deadlifts rock!

Haven't been able to do them the last couple of months though, due to a piriformis injury. :(

First time in a few years that the scabs are on my shins are finally healed.

I was on my way to 500 myself. Made it up to 460, with no straps.

Injuries suck donkey dick. :mad:

I guess there is always my next bulking cycle to try again.

I won't be attempting it for prolly a month so if your trying next week youll prolly get me. I just wanna see 4 plates on each side go up. I was happy as shit when I hit 315 a while ago
 
i miss them now that you remind me.

i worked up to 355 for a 1rm without much trouble, and was still making progress
but then i buggered off like a donkey and stopped working out. 405 was a close
goal of mine, because i wouldn't consider my numbers worth shit until i broke that.

deadlifts are teh win.

i'll be back.
