I do strongly believe in God. And i used to be the biggest skeptic of all. Took me 3-4 years of research and reading to believe.
Problem w/ a lot of people is that they believe when they want something and then get pissed when it doesn't happen. Things don't work that way. And others who want God to do this and that in their life, and it don't work that way either. Took me many years to realize this, b/c i was getting upset a lot of times w/ Him. If you believe and have faith, He will walk w/ you and set the path ahead of you. Once you're there you let Him be the driver and you the passenger, not the other way around. Good things will come, and the passage that states,
"Knock and the door will be opened, Seek and you shall find, Ask and you shall receive" has come true for me. It comes when you get to know God.
Those of you who are willing to give it a chance, simply get a bible you can understand and start reading Matthew. The first book of the New Testament, and just go w/ it as you would any other book. Take that step, if you don't believe then you just don't, if God has opened your eyes to something new go w/ it and ask for knowledge and help and it will be given to you.
