Im all about going heavy and balls to the wall, but if you are so inclined there is a lot more to it that can help you achieve even better results...and tons of science to back up more than just training heavy all the time balls to the wall...these books are not easy swims, but could open a whole other world to you if you like reading. Fear not, I imagine most of the athletes these guys worked with over the years in olympics were juicing, same with many college and pro athletes, and they still incorporate periodization and many training variables into their workouts other than going heavy 24-7...
