do u guys cheat when onm a cutting cycle?

That depends. If I'm cutting just because it's time to cut, I cheat once in a while. If I'm cutting for a reason (like, important beach event in two weeks or something), I don't cheat.
 
Cheating is purposeful if cutting naturally, but if on gear there is no need... however if you do cheat, there is a better chance of favorable partitioning of nutrients and you most likely won't gain any significant amount of fat.
 
I am just a middle aged BB'er. So yes I cheat. As long as I stay around 10% and can see a 6 pack with light ab tension I am happy.

Even when I am "cutting" I still have a cheat day every other or every third day. My favorite is homemade cookies with icecream inside them to make a homemade cookie sandwhich.
 
And that meal is usaually just a high carby meal ... huge pasta plate with garlic bread or something like that. Last weekend I had lasagna. I make sure it is really carby when i cheat, since there are not a lot of carbs going in when cutting
 
Cheatin

I CHEAT. Only the last 4 weeks or so though. i think I started cutiing to early, (been cuttin for 4 months almost now). Seems the lower I go, the more the cravings take over. I always cheat like 2 meals on carb up day, but have been cheaton one other time during the week the last few weeks. I'm like a machine. I'll throw down sick amounts of food, usually mad amounts of ice cream or cake or brownies or somthing. Could be th EQ, but more like lack of self control lately, but I'm pretty lean. I got a six pack and you can see the appearance of veins on my abs and around my midsection, so I guess I'm not too bad off.
