Cheatin
I CHEAT. Only the last 4 weeks or so though. i think I started cutiing to early, (been cuttin for 4 months almost now). Seems the lower I go, the more the cravings take over. I always cheat like 2 meals on carb up day, but have been cheaton one other time during the week the last few weeks. I'm like a machine. I'll throw down sick amounts of food, usually mad amounts of ice cream or cake or brownies or somthing. Could be th EQ, but more like lack of self control lately, but I'm pretty lean. I got a six pack and you can see the appearance of veins on my abs and around my midsection, so I guess I'm not too bad off.
