do u drink fast actingcarbs during your workouts?

i thought about this, not just being a good way of having energy the whole workout, also getting down some extra cals if ure not to hungry.

have never tried this thou.

do u do it and is there a big difference in energy and strengt for u?
 
Take a whey isolate before workout, that's enough. If you are looking for energy during workout, go with caffeine, double expresso coffee even without sugar works wonders on allowing you to pull off extra reps.
 
I'm wondering what is the best drink to have during a workout? I'm not trying to steal the thread; was just curious if drinking fruit juices{which I do} is good or bad, and should I just stick to water?

I have a large, un-airconditioned shed I work out in, so it gets pretty hot and I need some fluids{mostly during the hot months here in Texas}, so I can't just have nothing to drink. I also usually drink alot.

Apologies if I seem to be hijacking the thread.
