to take creatine while taking anavar. my kidneys seem to hurt when i take the creatine and would rather not take it but my gains have been great so if that would slow that down i will continue to take it...let me know, thank you

I agree with psyched out, why would creatine intake make your kidneys hurt? Because of increased excretion of creatinine???? No way...
If your kidneys hurt do an urine exam to check for infection or stones...
