Do the cops have to arrest you with gear in hand or can they get you to sign and leav

Can they get you to sign for a package knowing whats in it.Then investigate you and bust you later?Like come to your house disguised as the fedex man give you the package and get you to sign then arrest you later?

As far as I know, its gear in hand. You cannot just look at someone, reckon they are on juice, and call them in. Thats harassment with out due cause for concern. Unlike say talking Dope where it would be obvious that someone was on.

However, they can raid your home on a search warrent under Misuse of Drugs Act, but then they need to find over a 3 month supply to do anything with that either.

As for the package, well unless you have over 3 months supply in it, theres little they can do again

bro, unless you are a suspect in some huge distribution outfit then there is no way they would let you sigh for the gear then just leave. if it was the cops youd be in jail already. just play it cool and watch whats around you. and always use your instincts. if it feels bad, real bad when they ask you to sign then deny the package. otherwise its cool.

If a DEA agent is delivering your package, you will be busted either when you accept the package or when you open it if it has a AT-4 signal device inside. The whole point of the agent is to make the bust.
You are not allowed a personel supply of steroids (at least in the USA)anymore than you are allowed a personal supply of cocaine.
People have gotten into serious trouble for very small amounts of steroids.
