I prefer larger muscle groups (glutes ,quads) but I'm strongly considering starting to use my delts as well. My buddy (over 8 years of experince with juice) says it'll most definately gimme more size on top. I have good leg genetics, but have a more difficult time gaining decent size in my chest , shoulders and traps. Shit, I barely touch my legs and they grow like weeds. Info?
