Do some people just bug you?

FitFossil

New member
It's not like they're TRYING to bug me, but for some reason their mere presence bugs me.

For instance, in the gym there are some people who have to speak EVERY SINGLE TIME they see you, even if you spoke just 5 minutes ago. I always say hello when I first see someone, but GEEZ not 6 times in an hour!

Then there are the "no concept of personal space" people who are always in someone's way. Then there's this older guy who always goes around with his mouth hanging open and has some of the strangest "exercise" routines I've ever seen.

Sometimes I see the humor in all this, but other times it bugs the heck outta me. Anyone else have any "Newmans" like this?

Yea, BigDawg in chat. He says goodbye normally 1200 times a night.

It's collectively known as the Exit Factor.

And yes, I do have imbeciles like that in my gym. want a quick cure, wear headphones, people won't bother you. I have been wearing them all the time and my batteries have been dead for 2 years. People see you with them on, they leave you alone.

There are some people that bug me (From Zero), but I don't feel the need to comment on them (PoyeBoy and Jerkbox). Just because they are annoying (Chaos Mage) and possibly even geigh (PoyeBoy) doesn't mean that I am better than them (JerkBox and JerkBox). Seriously, I am not smarter than anyone (SuperQT).

I have a friend that nobody wants to hang out with.

Thing is he is a real nice guy and we have a lot in common (minus the no friends part), but for some reason he tends to get on everyones nerves, unintentionally, but he still doesn't have a clue.

My friend is Chaos Mage.

I can conquer, I always wear headphones and not one person has talked to me at my gym. Unfotunately, that also includes the women.

There are several people who, just by their presence, drive me nuts. They can just be there being themselfs, but for some reason, every movement they make, gets me annoyed like a mother fucker. Maybe its this superiority complex that I have.

Fucker, I will give you your red yet. LOL.

Much like prison, the best way to get people off your back at the gym is to kill someone your first day thee. For example, last week joined a new gym. As I was standing in between sets of 15 pound DB curls, a 72-year-old man asked if I was using the bench in front of me. I quickly took a step forward and screamed, "They told me it would be ready by 4 o'clock!!!" at the top of my lungs and pulled a home made shiv (made from bamboo and Dove unscented soap) out of my spandex and stabbed the man 47 times in the liver. Problem solved. No one has spoken to me since.

Yes many people bother me just by their mere presence. I especially don't like the guys at my gyms who look like cartoon superheroes(no legs) and think they are huge.

The spindly legs on an otherwise jacked physique irritates the hell out of me also for some reason.

Yeah there isn't a logical reason other than I think people who don't train legs hard are complete pussies. There is this whole pack of them in my gym, they are nice enough guys but they just irritate me.

Like the other night a couple of them were talking and saying how one of the guys looks huge. He'l like yeah I am up to 190lbs. It took all I had not to laugh at him. I outweigh these guys by like 100 pounds but because I am not trying to be lean I don't fit in. Oh well better to be fat and strong than lean and weak.

I overheard this big dude (yes, he had big legs too :D) asking this other guy who resembles this cartoon character you speak off. This guys quads are hardly thicker than his calves which in turn are about the size of his forearms.....anway....the guy said he didn't train legs because he wanted to create the illusion that his upper body was huge.

I'm embarrassed for him

The closest thing to an acceptable excues I have ever heard is on guy I know said "I don't train legs because I don't want my dick to look smaller"

There's also a guy at work who I swear was born to this world for the purpose of irritating the hell out of me. Sometimes I have to go out to my car just to avoid harming him.

My friend is Chaos Mage.

I am wholly cognizant of my role, thank you.

Theres this guy at my gym everytime he finishes an exercise even with a member or two cheering him on after finishing he goes around shakeing everyones hand in that area.

WTF????

dude

so not cool

Literally everyone annoys me at some point or another. Even my close friends and family. Hoewever, most of them realize I need a lot of "alone time," and they're cool with that.

the one thing that really annoys me is when people listen in on my conversations, shit, what i talk about and who i talk to is not any of their business

yeah but are you one of those VERY annoying people that chooses to have conversations around other people? do you talk on your cell on a bus? anyone who strikes up a conversation within earshot of others should expect others to listen in.

nope i don't raise my voice, the things i talk about are just like what other people would talk about, shooting the breeze, talking about classes, current events nothing controversial, sexual etc. People are just nosy.
