I was wondering if high estro converts from test does that mean we might technically be wasting it ? As we obviously don’t need the amount we are dosing ? Does that make any sense lol?

you are under the impression that high estrogen means you cannot build muscle

this isn't a game to get our test as high as possible and estrogen as low as possible. that isn't the objective

Using an AI with your cycle will prevent testosterone from aromatizing into estrogen so yes - it will increase free testosterone levels.

You should be using an AI with every cycle anyways

If you are injecting legitamate gear and it goes into your system, it is not wasted. Regardless of how much aromatization you get, it is still absorbed and being used.
