do pills like these exist?

about a 2 years ago this guy who used to be a pretty good boxer(fought klichkov at one point) used to help and train couple of us bball guys

anyway he showed me these pills that he got from somewhere and told me that one pill is pretty much like a meal.

I mean calory wise its impossible cause its so small, and I dont know how many grams of protein you can fit in a pill but is there a chance something liek this exists?

I dont remember exactly cause I didnt pay attention to that stuff back then so maybe im just wrong and he meant something else.

but yea thhey didnt come in a bottle or anything he just had them made somewhere...

I usually dont ask about a good advice they would give me or something that is logical but when stuff like this comes in my head it makes me wonder...

like creatine pills are btter than the powder

this magical pills that are equvilant to meals


I know most of these questions are dumb but why would I ask about something that makes sense?


by the way this guy prolly knows something if he is a decent boxer I would assume, he did walk the way so he can talk the talk thats how it is in my books.

It would be physically impossible to fit all those nutrients in one pill - especially if it's "small".
