In my opinion I would just look in the mirror and lift/diet to maintain and not gain.

If you weigh yourself everyday you are just asking to mentally defeat yourself before your workout.

man, i been off a month and a half now, i haven't lost a pound, but i feel i look smaller, i also havne't lost any strength. Maybe it's just that im not growing as fast...

That is awesome! What was your cycle? DId you use anything for post cycle therapy?
 
I'm dreading coming off, tommorrow is my last shot of Omnadren AAARRGGGHHhhhh.....Then I have to endure clomid therapy, with a tiny kick of Proviron....then.....off for 4-5 weeks It's gonna suck!!!But I'm actually getting a bit excited to see how I look with all this bloat in a few weeks. It's still gonna suck!!
