Do Not Imply Anything About Sources In Pm's!!

everyone is in a rush for some reason and no one wants to wait for an email. if someone is doing you a favor at least you can do them one and just email and wait. i was guilty of this once just once though.
 
I can't belive this shit still happens!! I as well as other mods have posted the same thing and no matter what I still get at least 5 Pm's a day asking for sources and another 5 asking for source checks. Please everyone, Be safe and use an encrypted e-mail service, they are FREE!!!

i think we need to make it clear not to talk about sources at all on the threads. if you want to know, you know who and how to ask. DON"T BE STUPID PEOPLE. this is not a game. you are just going to get yourself in trouble and others. i don't think that i am alone when i say that this board is about information, not "hooking up". i don't do drugs or steriods and i think that most on this board are the same.

This is just unacceptable. How many times does it have to be said until everyone understands. Maybe this could be put in the member rules section or something. :)

Maybe there should be a rule list before you register on elitefitness.....and you have to check the box on each rule....this one being among the first.
 
As a newbie

I wouldn't just come out and post like that but how do we go about finding who to e-mail. I've set up my secure e-mail now what? BTW great site with a ton of info.:confused:

who ever sent me the karma and the "brown noser" remark, you can lick my balls!!:p as many others stated this is a must!! if you are that dumb and arent sure on how things work, dont send anything its that simple!! ask questions thats why all of us are here night after night. oh yea did i say lick my balls to the ass who sent that?? oh yes i guess i already did.;) p.s. hardball05, there is no reason to bump a sticky.........lol..........not a flame just telling you.:moon: :wavey:
