yes cuz our cops and justice system are bad-ass.

in canada - you really have to fuck up for them to arrest you and put you in prison. like murder 2 people or something.

i do but the messed up thing is i was found not guilty but yet there it stays on my record. if your found not guilty it should be wiped from your record forever but nooooo i have to pay to have it expunged. did you know that on some applications i saw a question that asked if you ever had your record expunged and then what for. im like bitch i paid to have it erased so i dont have to answer yes to ever been arrested.

maybe because a lot of people get arrested and then found not guilty and it goes on their record is why so many americans have a record. cops here LOVE to arrest people.
