Do Liver Protectors Really Work?

Milk Thistle has been shown to do so. (Although some will argue) r-ala looks promising but many people can't tolerate the high dosage. (hypoglycemic symptoms). At any rate, they're both good supps and worth a try.

They are more protective measures. They help to detoxify your liver and when under stress from 17-aa compounds they are needed more.

Hey Utler .. I remember a while back you had mentioned that you guys were putting together a kick-ass tylers product that would be available to Canada. Any news on this?

Cheers,
Mavy

Liv-52 is the best backed by 40+ years of results-but really-TO ME-a combo works best.
I use:
R-ALA
Milk Thistle
Liv-52
Tylers Liver Detox

It's about 6 weeks away.

Liv-52 is missing some key ingredients. One is Glucarate which was patented by Ohio State University. It causes your liver to excrete all toxins quicker to prevent build up.

What the max dose of Tylers you'd recommend? Like is 2 caps 4 times/day better then 2 caps 3 times day? Or is there a cut off point at it's effectiveness?

Are the liver detoxifiers mainly for oral tabs? Because I know those are hella hard on your liver.

no not just for orals Your liver takes a tremendous beating from everyday chemicals exhaust fumes chemicals in water, aerosols, chemicals in the house, everyday medications OTC like ibuprofen tylenol or aspirin, and chemicals from foods and fats as well as the compounds generated by heavy training and of course alcohol.

My 3 philosophies when I'm considering a cycle:

- Less is Best.

- Moderation is life's key to happiness.

- You only get Two livers.
