due to bullshit i haven't been able to lift for a while and might not be able to for a few more days. i was wondering if shit like box jumps and depth jumps could help at all, especially in light of the fact that my leg lifts are (relatively) weaker than my other ones.

I like doing plyos. I've noticed a difference in strength and endurance since I started doing them.

I know some women sho compete who almost exclusively do plyometrics for their legs because their legs are larger naturally than their upper bodies and already very well developed. Might be different for a man though. I would say in a pinch that it couldn't hurt.

Plyometrics more directly convert into athletics, increasing explosiveness, for lack of a better word.
