I bought a house that I am going to fix up and rent..
I have done framing jobs, tiling, etc.. but I lack some creative element.

what is a good site for some ideas?

It is a small 2 bedroom, 1 bath 1300 sq ft house and the bathroom needs some updating. I don't want to drop 6-8 grand a room, I want cheap alternatives that will liven the place up..

where are some good sites that I can view for small bathroom remodel ideas?

the best is to go to other houses, ones for sale that are nice, even million dollar homes. that way you can see with your eyes and you can envision it better IMO

I don't close til next year.. jan 7th

this is a real minor detail that i think adds a ton
cieling trim and nice plush carpet
wood framed in windows and sills

I'm really looking for bathroom remodel now

no carpet in the bathroom.. also the whole house is nice hardwood

I'll post some pics after the inspection.. it was built in the 50's.. just a typical start home I'm hoping to fix up and pull some income in rent with it.. not really trying to flip it.. it's in a great neighborhood w/ good schools.. neighborhood is connected to a extremely expensive neighborhood so this neighborhood is well kept up.. good starter homes for couples who are just starting out
