i have a 6 ft. privacy fence... wood.

now, near the drive is still wood and its on an all wood track.. so, wood rubs on wood and causes friction... so it's hard to open and shut after a few years of water and warping, etc...

how can i loosen this up? i am going to do new wheels but i was thinking like a teflon spray (do they make that?) or maybe a thin sheet of plastic to make it smooth plastic on plastic...

any thoughts?

Try teflon or maybe vaseline. Whatever you use the wood will absorb it over a period of time so I don't know what damage it would do.

Platic would probably rip easy.

Maybe there is something at Lowes or Home Depot that they have for that.

as for the plastic i was thinking of a hard sheet type plastic... kinda like one of those cheap dollar store winter sleds that roll up...

do they make a spray teflon?
