Do I need to lose weight before bulking?

Gradually cut your daily calories down between 2000-2400 ed and ditch processed foods, and eat lots of veggies. Maybe check out some kind of keto diet, they will rip you to shreds. Make sure to drink atleast a gallon of water ed, diet is 90% of the battle.

also give an eca stack a try and get 45 mins of cardio done around 4-5 days a week while lifting high rep moderate weight sets. It just takes time and a hell of alot of will power.

Oh yea definately ditch all recreational drugs, they wont get you towards your goal any quicker.

What is a KETO Diet? And where can I find some good information on how to utilize one of those?

Currently I have set up a plan, basically I'm going to reduce the portions of my three main meals (Breakfast, Lunch Dinner) and include some light snacks in between them, making it about 5 times a day that I eat. I'm also going to take a multi vitamin pack in the mornings & strive to drink at least a good gallon a day, at least 16oz per meal/snack with the other 6 or so glasses sandwiched between. I'm also going to get some good tupperwear, clean out the fridge, and put in a lot of Veggies like Carrots, Broccoli, Calliflour, Celery, Lettuce, and Tomatoes. I'll also buy some good fruits to snack on, like Apples, Orances, Bananas, etc. I'll eliminate any processed sugars, sweets, or candies totally out.

Then I'm going to try and throw in some good 20-30 min of cardio per day, 6 days a week, and Hopefully that will help me to lose weight. Unfortunately I don't have a swimming pool near me, or an exercise bike, hence the reason for me having to 'jog.' I'll probably only go running Tuesdays and Thursdays, and MWF I'll hit the gym and ride the exercise bike like a mofo.

I appreciate all the help you guys are giving me. I am so anxious to start a healthy lifestyle, and am having fun trying to get the diet all together. :)

I do have 1 question, I keep hearing people say to eat higher protein/lower carbs, what will that accomplish? And could someone give me a list of some High Protein Foods and some Carb Foods? So I can understand what they are and be able to tell a difference. Thanks!
