do i NEED test w/ these?

i'm just brainstorming here for my next cutting cycle to begin mid feb. i used to use low dose EQ back in the day for not that long w/ no test. obviously i don't know alot about how a good EQ cycle could be. my last 2 cycles i used 100 prop EOD. i will not use any other test other than prop these days. i really need no more size. i'm about 10 lbs above where i need to be. once i get there i'm starting. i should be under 10%. for this 1 i'm thinking:
wk1-15 600-800EQ/week
wk1-15 50-75 proviron ED
wk4-12 T3
wk1-PCT AIFM
wk10-15 50ED winny inj
clomid and AIFM PCT. would i get shut down hard still using the proviron at 75ED w/ the AIFM. i used winny alone in my last cycle w/ no test w/ it for about 6 weeks. i really wasn't shut down but my libido had been rocked previous to then by letro. also i stopped the proviron the same time. this time i'm hoping the EQ w/ no test will do me good, hopefully the AIFM and proviron will keep my nuts working, right?
the main reason i'm downgrading my cycle is $. my original cycle i had planned was fuckin lovely but would have been well over 1000. this 1 will last a good length and won't run as much. i don't have the $ i used to w/ a kid and house and all anymore. 1 question, EQ i know raises your red blood cells. what exactly does that mean and what can it cause?

why not just run some test E @ low dose of like 350mg e week to help with libido it is not going to blot you at a low dose like that

if your going to run t3 some clen would be a nice aditive but be carefull and moderate

No you don't need test. I wouldn't even run AIFM with that cycle. Eq/prov gives me a nice libido, but you won't gain much.

Increased RBC will give you increased indurance. You will definitely see it if you enjoy running.
