HCG does not increase estrogen, it increases test which aromatises into estrogen. How much it increases test is dose dependent, how much test aromatizes to E is personal and different for everyone. HCG really should be run while in a cycle so you should be using an anti-e anyway.

depends on what you mean. HCG doesnt directly increase esterogen or the aromatase enzyme but as I mentioned it triggers the body to release more test. Anytime you have more test (whether it be by triggering natural production to increase or by taking external test) you run the risk of increased estrogen due to aromatazation simply as a side effect of more test being present.
Personally I think its a very important distinction. Far too often around here people connect the dots between things without understanding them and it leads to incorrect conclusions.

It's a quicker release of T , and one that is not entirely exogenous -- it''s forcing the body to produce test, so there's more aromatization than normal.
