Do I have skin cancer?

Yesterday, after sex I was lying on the bed talking to my girl friend, when she mentioned my mole and how cute it was (little guy in the middle of my chest). Well that was the only one there.

Today I come back from snowboarding all day and I look at my chest and I have 11 new tiny moles, around 11-14 new tiny moles on my body. Around my chest, neck, back. Its like I broke out in moles.... And I'm positive they werent there before cause I was talkin bout the little mole just the other day..

So can this be cancer and should I be worried? And can these mole breakouts go away.. this is really freaking me out.
