10 hours of sleep is too much. aim for 7-8 hours. yes there is such thing as too much sleep. if you were a toddler or baby then 10 hours of sleep is normal but for an adult man? thats just laziness and slowing your metabolism down.
yes you need to get your diet in check before juicing. not during your cycle, but it should be a lifestyle decision. also 3 years lifting is hard to believe, I don't think you ever touched a weight in your life, not that there is anything wrong with that as many guys who juice are the same way, you just happened to put up pics and they will just lie about their stats.. 155 pounds you have no business juicing, that might even be a generous weight too, you look like you weigh less than that. not trying to be a dick but I am being upfront with you as you can really screw yourself up running hormones before you are ready.. I would like you to come off cycle and get your entire diet and training down pat. head over to the diet and lifting sections.
and yes that definately looks like gyno in your left pec. i hope that an AI will help the problem. otherwise you will have to take harsher measures ie Letro which is a dick killer, worst case is surgery. a buddy of mine ran a cycle when he was your age too and didn't know what he was doing, 10 years later he still has gyno in both pecs,. so this isn't something to fuck around with.. no reason for you to have bitch tits for the next 10 years with all the info out there today on the forums. hopefully you listen to the good advice on this thread and stop listening to your friends who got you into this mess
