Do I have gyno? Test-E cycle with pics

Hi I'm really scared I might have gyno because my nipples get really itchy on one side sometimes and soar for about 20 minutes and then it goes away for a few hours.

I'm 21, I'm running Test-E for 12 weeks, I'm on Week 4 now.

I've been lifting for 3 years, I was 155lb's before cycle and now I'm 169lb's, (all water retention probably).

Height is 5'7".

I'm really worried atm.
 
Ur carrying quite a bit of fat an not a lot of muscle,if u have no lumps or pain etc id just say combination of water n fat an get ur diet in check before u juice
 
Thanks, I do have some Nolva on hand and I'll use 40mg ED until gyno disappears but I really don't want to hinder my gains. Right now I've cut out as much sodium and sugar from my diet as possible to help with the water retention because I'm extremely bloated, and I've upped my calories to about 5000 with 350g of protein. I'm getting 10 hours of sleep and I'm doing intense isolation exercices with 1 compound exercise of 8 reps in between every exercise.

So e.g. on a shoulders day, I'll do DB front raises 4 sets, Military Press 1 set, DB Flys, Military Press 1 set, etc...

I want to be at 195lb's by the end of the cycle. I know it's a huge target but I think I can do it. Half of what I've put on is fat and water anyway.
 
what AI are u using? if none then u'll def get some gyno, if not now then a little later, and with no AI u'll hold a lot more water also
 
10 hours of sleep is too much. aim for 7-8 hours. yes there is such thing as too much sleep. if you were a toddler or baby then 10 hours of sleep is normal but for an adult man? thats just laziness and slowing your metabolism down.

yes you need to get your diet in check before juicing. not during your cycle, but it should be a lifestyle decision. also 3 years lifting is hard to believe, I don't think you ever touched a weight in your life, not that there is anything wrong with that as many guys who juice are the same way, you just happened to put up pics and they will just lie about their stats.. 155 pounds you have no business juicing, that might even be a generous weight too, you look like you weigh less than that. not trying to be a dick but I am being upfront with you as you can really screw yourself up running hormones before you are ready.. I would like you to come off cycle and get your entire diet and training down pat. head over to the diet and lifting sections.

and yes that definately looks like gyno in your left pec. i hope that an AI will help the problem. otherwise you will have to take harsher measures ie Letro which is a dick killer, worst case is surgery. a buddy of mine ran a cycle when he was your age too and didn't know what he was doing, 10 years later he still has gyno in both pecs,. so this isn't something to fuck around with.. no reason for you to have bitch tits for the next 10 years with all the info out there today on the forums. hopefully you listen to the good advice on this thread and stop listening to your friends who got you into this mess

I'm not using any AI, should I run Arimidex?

you should always run an AI with any compound that aromatizes. I use forma from mrsupps.com.. its legal and it works and it won't fuck you up with sides like some of the harsher AI's

you can open yourself up to gyno but worse you can hinder recovery after cycle with elevated estrogen
 
Judging by your body composition, you are probably overreacting and the water retention and bloat is what you see....especially since you are only in week 4 of long estered test.

Get on an AI ASAP to get bloat and water retention under control and decrease the chance that gyno symptoms will appear
 
I agree with Steve you dont look like you've been training 3 years yet alone you don't have the proper base for using aas your small man not being a jerk but I don't see alot of muscle on you at all jump off do PCT stay natural and diet HARD for the next few years your body looks so new to working out you don't need anything right now except hard work and dedication
 
Buddy, in no way, shape or form should you be using AAS @ this point. Please follow the good advice given to you on here.
 
Not to add fuel to the fire, but I'm with Steve on this one. No way that's a body of someone who's trained 3 years. Not even 8 months, imo. If you have to juice to workout, you are never gonna be happy.
 
I agree with above as well...if its true you have been lifting for 3 years, your training and eating wrong brother...I mean no disrespect but its gotta be said...I would also advise stopping now and running a full pct and working on diet/training first..
And i am not a plat memberso pics were a lil to small to tell, but it did look like just a case of excess water and b/f..
 
Keep at it bro, don't let people keep you down and discourage you. Change what you need to change *diet and exercising are key* Consider stopping until your "there". But lets be real you will do what you want and nobodys gonna stop you. If thats the case just get your shit together ASAP. Good luck to you bro

exactly no one is trying to keep the guy down. everyone had to start somewhere. I was way skinner than him when i started, but i worked my ass off and the results started coming WITHOUT the use of hormones.

if he wants to learn and sticks around EF i bet in a year from now he will look 100% bigger
