Well, I was totally mislead on my new job at the credit union. I was hired to do loans, financial advising, the opening of new accounts, and the occasional tellering. I went to training for a week, then they told me I had to do tellering for 2 weeks, then back to training. Well last Friday was my last day as teller. So Friday afternoon I asked where to meet on Monday to continue training, and I was told that I was going to be a teller again. The they told me i would have to be a teller for atleast 2 more months!. When I asked what about training, advising, loans etc... they told me that I was last in line to be trained for that, even though that is what I was hired for. I then said to the head teller, I thought my job was Financial Services Rep, not teller. She said it is, and we are all tellers. I mentioned call it brain surgeon on the job title but I am still a fucking teller.
And... they paid me less than we agreed upon, and I was told they needed to check the paper work, that they MAY have made a mistake. Now I am getting the run around. Fucking A, should I just say fuck it and quit, can I sue them for the lower pay and for being midlead on my job description? I would not have quit my other job which paid better if I knew the truth.
