Do I have enough time to do my cycle?

Im starting Anavar this week at 30-40mg ED with 20mg creatine ED. I have 15 weeks to get to how I want to look, for Cancun. I want to gain muscle and get lean. Right now I am 6 foot, 173 10-12%bf. My goal is to get as big as possible by cancun, but above all getting to 8-9%bf.

Will the Var Get me leaner even if I am in a calorie surplus? What would be an ideal Macro ratio to get big and lean? My Diet is at 50/30/20 right now. I was planning on Keeping everything the same but just adding extra protien while on Var.

While cutting, I was worried about losing my gains, because of not maintaining the muscle I will gain from the Var.

How long do you guys reccomend that I maintain my muscle after the cycle, before I begin my cut?

I will most likely be rotating, CKD with Trex and Lrex, and TKD with Clen. I might add ZIP also to keep T3 levels high. Does this sound good for muscle preservation?

How long will I need to drop 3%bf?

Remember, I have 15 weeks to reach my goal which is 8-9%bf, with as much muscle as possible. What do you guys reccomend?
 
With a clean diet and hard workouts you could drop 3% or more and maintain your muscle without any drugs.

But, using anavar will help preserve the muscle and maybe give you a slight increase in muscle.

Is that diet 50 protein, 30 carbs, 20 fat? If so, you need to switcht the carb/fat ratios and drop the carbs over the next few weeks.

I would use all fifteen weeks to lose the bf, you could get down to 6% or lower by the end and be ready for Cancun. I wouldn't worry about packing on size just to turn around and spend time to lose it.
 
I was going to do Var for about 6 weeks, maintain for 3 and cut for the last 6.

I am going to use the Var for a Muscle building cycle, but I figured that with clean diet and some light cardio, that i could drop some fat too. I
n the mornings before I eat I will do 1 hour of cardio 3x a week. Im not sure about how to time my nutrient intake at this time. I was going to take 5grams of BCAAs and 5g Glutamine, and CLA, and yohimburn before. But afterwards, what should I eat, and do I have to wait a cirtian ammount of time before eating. What suppliments would be benneficial, for muscle preservation, while losing fat?

My diet is actually 50/20/30 pcf. Im going to take my carbs, around my workout.

How does this look

8 am= 5g Glutamine, 5g BCAAs, CLA, Yohimburn.

8:30= 1 hour low intensity cardio, about 125 HR

10:00= Protien shake with flax oil, or should I have a regular meal with protien and carbs

Noon= Shake 35 protien, 25 dextrose, 10 creatine

12:15=Workout

1:30= 40 protien 40 dextrose, 300mg ALA, 10 Creatine

3:00= Meal, 60-80p, 30-40c, low fat.

6:00= Meal, 60p, 20-30c, 10-20 fat

9:00= Meal, 60P, 10-20c, 15-25 fat

11:00= Shake, Caseinate+glutamine, 60p, low carbs, 20-30 fat

My diet will definatly have more protien and fat because i tend to snack on things like nuts, and meats.

What could I improve on. I think I need something more before cardio, and before my workout, Like a real meal.
 
I would swap the solid meals for earlier in the day.

In grams what is the total carb intake? For weight gain try to eat carbs protein before, during and right after workout. For losing weight I would not eat anything 1 hour prior to working out, nothing but water during and wait at least one hour after before having a meal. I would make sure that I have no carbs during that time.

Also, var is best suited for cutting (imo) not for building. One can also use it for bridging between cycles.

Diet looks good, protein shake with flaxseed oil is good by itself. Also, a good solid protein and you shouldn't need any BCAA's, but some swear by them so they won't hurt.

Stop snacking in between meals, cardio am and right after weights is best. Try not to have any food at least two hours before bed (you will sleep better) For cutting, just follow what I said above about food intake before, during and after workout.

I would spend the fifteen weeks slowly transforming my diet to cutting diet and losing 3%-6% of body fat and not do both. I think you will find you will be much harder with better quality muscle than splitting it like you want. If you only have enough var for 6 weeks or so, use it during your last 6 weeks when your diet will be the strictest and the demands on your body the greatest.
 
with that time do this test Enanthate 400mg a week,run that 10 weeks , start with dbol 30mg a day 4 weeks

use the var from weeks 10-15 to lean up 40mg ed

this sounds good in my opinion if you can afford it
 
No, as long as you diet properly and continue to lift hard and heavy. But it will be a bitch though on the appetite control.
