I dont take tren or deca. I get better results from test and eq, I threw some winny tabs in too last time. Hey lowest, you ever used anadrols?Lowest said:Any 17aa will negatively effect them, at least in moderate to higher doses. Stronger androgens also tend to have a negative lipid effect, like tren. Keep doses moderate and strong androgens like tren moderate, and don't eat like a total fatass( like I do).. you should be fine![]()
I've read that if you eat a whole onion per day that should help raise HDL, dont know if that has any truth to it, but it wont hurt to try.UA_Iron said:mine went from 17 to 34 in exactly one month.
My diet was high in fiber and I was taking a gram of niacin a day - it helped out substantially.

Ulter said:The real question is not if it effects your CHO levels but whether or not that makes any difference. There is no evidence that short term changes in CHO levels has any effect on CAD later in life. It simply doesn't matter. And most newer studies show that the lifestyle (sedentary) of those with high LDL has more of an effect on the odds of CAD than the lipids themselves. So having bad lipid profiles if you're an active athlete probably doesn't matter either.

yomama said:Are there any oral steroids that are not 17aa?

Are all orals bad on my HDL?DIVISION said:None that I can think of.
The 17AA molecular structure allows the drug to stay in the body longer as it takes longer to break down in the liver.
It's a double edged sword........as you want the 17AA or you'd have to take in more frequent dosages to keep steady blood serum concentrations.

I love 17aa's. So does my liver.~Univex~ said:Winstrol has the most drastic effect on HDL and LDL ratio that I have seen. Most injectibles (Tren, deca, test etc..) have very little effect on cholesterol.
I would invest in a very cheap supplement called Policosanol. It can be very effective in regulation cholesterol. Also, stay away from 17aa's, especially winstrol.
What's that supposed to mean?galaxy said:Advocate for cholesterol health bought at CVS.
