if you diet - yes...keep your calories submaintence...however i dont know if you will want to go through whatever sides you may have on such a low dose, why dont you start at 100 and work your way up to 200
 
Keep in mind Dnp works by a complete different process than stimulating thermos. I actually feel better on 200mgs dnp then eca clen etc. And yes if you diet is tight 100 will yeild results.

Dnp actually lowers your blood pressure.
No shakes or fries.
 
try 200 and if you can't hack it then do 100

Chicks might wanna start at 100 then up it to 200.
 
Sides on dnp high dosage suck. Wipeout cant sleep hot and sweating all the time, bed soaking wet.
Low dosage warm but not intollerable, I actually feel pretty good it has a slight cns stimulation. If you keep your carbs and protien high, fat as low as possible. Cals at main. levels. You will get good results I always add in ALA not only for liver but it will help push Glycogen Thus warding of some of the sides.
 
Oh yeah DNP at any dosage will help you burn fat however if you're going low dose then I'd start at 200mg/day like the other bros said. Unless you're making your own caps 100mg might be hard to find(unless you already have them). You don't have to worry about the shakes or anxiety- DNP is a whole new ballgame. Just remember to keep the diet clean and don't go over maintenance. Good luck bro.
 
there's a huge difference between crystal or powder. If it's powder I don't think 100 a day is going to do very much, you'd have to be on for a pretty long time. 100 crystal is fairly light, especially compared to what I've read some people are doing. I was doing 200 crystal a day, and I was fine for the first few days but as soon as I decided to up my dose to 200 every 16 hours instead of 24, I completely dehydrated and I was on my ass, head-splitting miserable for four straight days.

better you start low and work your way up, to be safe.
