DON'T OVERDOSE ON DNP !!!
No more than 6 mg/kg/day, 10 to 40mg/kg could be lethal. Believe me, even from 2mg/kg/day you'll get nice results.
Theoretically, DNP will always work. Unlike other thermogenic drugs like Clenbuterol, DNP does not become less effective after prolonged use. However, everyone who has used DNP eventually takes a break because they get tired of being hot and sweaty all the time. DNP lowers blood sugar, uses up fatty acids, and causes a relentless feeling of fever. Imagine being in the first two days of a no-carb diet all the time.
Some people have a very bad reaction to DNP. They develop a rash and facial swelling. If this happens to you, cease DNP use immediately and never use it again. If you keep using it, the interior of your esophagus may swell so much that you cannot breathe.
DOSAGES:
Please, follow the right dosages. If you have an active job, and you are doing aerobics for at least a half hour each day, you really need only 2 mg/kg/day of DNP. This dosage equals 200 mg per day for the average recreational bodybuilder. If you have a sit-down job, and don’t do aerobics every day, your ideal dosage would be 400 mg.
Why do people overdose on DNP? Usually because they don’t believe it’s really working. Unlike other thermogenic agents, DNP causes metabolic elevation without a comensurate increase in body temperature. On the first day of DNP use, your body temperature will not rise, and might think that DNP doesn’t work, or that you should increase the dosage. Don’t do it. If you add just a capsule a day over the ideal dosage, after three days, your body temperature will be 101 degrees! Even if you stop taking DNP, your temperature will not go down for about three more days. You may experience permanent brain, kidney, or liver damage.
CYCLES:
4-week Dinitrophenol cycle for beginners (with dosage: 2mg/kg/day).
For instance, if your weight 100kg you need 200mg of DNP a day.
1-week: 200 mg of DNP per day;
2-week: no DNP;
3-week: 200 mg of DNP per day;
4-week: no DNP;
This 7-days-on and 7-days-off cycle should not decrease thyroid output dramatically and makes use of T3 (Triiodothyronine, brand name Cytomel) unnecessary in most cases. T4-T3 conversion does decrease dramatically in the liver due to excessive heat; this begins within 24 hours of the first dose. However, there is usually adequate active thyroid hormone to make it through 8 days of using it while maintaining elevated body temperature. After approximately 3-5 days, the user may find themselves with a waking temperature that is no longer elevated, even though they are still using DNP. This is due to the decrease in T3 and may signal the necessity of either the use of exogenous T3 in subsequent cycles or shorter cycles of the drug.
Don't swallow DNP on empty stomach.
