I have lost 5 lbs in 2.5 weeks on diet/cardio (started at 10%) - and i performed at a high level (graduate school finals) the whole way through as opposed to sitting around feeling like complete shit. There are so many better ways to lose fat IMO - if you are completely uneducated and want the quick fix I would not suggest DNP just more research.
You should do a search for Anthony Roberts. One of his latest articles was was on DNP and his experience with it. It is a great read as most of his articles are because unlike a large number of writers of steroid articles Anthony has first hand experience with his subject matter.
