Okay, some of you may have already read that I have had outstanding success with DNP but I still have a question: Obviously, the higher a person's bf%, the more weight (total) they could lose, but is there perhaps a percentage of total body weight (fat) that might be lost per week? Also, if weight is dropping dramatically, how can one ensure that it is fat and not muscle. All opinions are appreciated. As soon as I get a few theories on this I'll post my weight loss b/c you are not going to fucking believe it.
