DNP turned me into a pussy

I have been doing DNP 4-5 days a week for the past 4 1/2 weeks. I got great results on the fat loss, but just in the past two weeks my lifts have gone down significantly. My bench alone sunk 40 pounds in two weeks. I have been off for 5 days, and did chest today and still felt like a pussy. I am pissed. Need to get my anavar in!!!
 
I'm gonna take about a week off, eats loads of food, then hit the gym again. Hopefully this will help. I was thinking, cuz I was on DNP, I probably overtrained.
 
How much fat did you lose and what kind of dose were you on?

Did you take it 4-5 days in a row or just whenever you felt like it?

You will get a huge anabolic rebound once you come off...according to Guru12-14 days after last dose.
 
yeah, with the dnp i am wondering if you do a cycle of it does it make you completely like ripped. in other words can i go from having a 12%- 13% body fat to %8 percent and having abs? cause if so im very interested in this stuff!

I'm on day 8 of 300 mg crystal every 18 hours. Despite the water bloat from it I am down 7 pounds and have a very visible 4 pak already...
 
Well

at least you were in the gym trying. A lot of the time when I do DNP I don't even bother going to the gym. Doing 3 reps with a weight I can usually get 10-12 with just isn't going to do much for me. That is typically what happens after about day 6 or 7. Why bother? Don't freak out, you wont be losing much muscle on DNP but you will be MELTING fat! The best part is when your done and the water comes off you look awesome and then something strange happens (to most people, me included) you get an awesome growth spurt! BTW, I've done DNP with and without gear, and I find I feel much better and lose less muscle when "on". Don't bother using much, you won't be growing so don't waste good gear. A moderate dose of test seems to do the trick nicely.
